Who Qualifies - Cadillac Concrete Products insists that all Distributors are experienced in the decorative concrete industry. This is necessary to ensure proper training techniques. Most Distributors were once installers/contractors of Cadillac Concrete Products or similar products and have exceptional knowledge of all aspects of applications.
